"Sat right on top of the Tower Hill station this location has not only an amazing view of The Shard and Tower of London but also easy access to the metro. Just a 20 minute walk to either Bank or Liverpool street allows you to explore the popular parts of London easily. CitizenM is a great experience and for solo travelers it is my favorite option. "A terrible experience. Advertised as a “ 5 star apartment “ .... filthy with broken beds , broken cupboards , no kitchen equipment , boiler broken so no hot water or heating , and a health hazard with a hole in the ceiling light with water dripping through on to your head in the toilet. Had to leave after 1 terrible night. "
