"Lovely little 5 night trip away. Excellent property, looks exactly like the listing. Was so well decorated and had everything we needed in it. Great location for pottering around Newlyn, Mousehole and Penzance and easy to drive to other locations. Local car park was £20 for the week and a 10 min walk from the property (but can drop stuff off first before parking). Great trip and would recommend to others. "We absolutely loved our stay here. The property has everything you could need for a lovely stay by the sea, with the most comfortable lounger ever! We happily spent hours just laying on the lounger looking out at the sea. There were lots of lovely welcoming touches such as bread and milk left, a cream tea and fresh flowers, which made us feel especially welcome. It was a bonus to have an outside area and table and chairs. We can't wait to book again!"

"10/10 A perfect little gem close to the centre and a stones throw to Penlee Park which is the perfect place to walk if you have a dog. Alec and Serena are such lovely hosts , kind , helpful and generous allowing guests to share their beautiful garden. The flat is spotless and comfortable and very much home from home. "Great cosy place. Only disappointment was no toiletries when we arrived - we had to go to the shop and buy hand soap! 10% off pub nextdoor - food was ok, decent portions. Room was VERY warm. We turned thermostat off but still needed to open the front door at 1am to get some air. Bed is ok. Bring your own pillows! We had rubbish weather and found tv too small to watch anything. Luckily we bought our laptop. "
