"We booked for a family holiday, the location was fantastic - I hour from Nice and the scenery beautiful, we took a trip into Monaco. There was plenty of space in the house, we were 4 couples and a few children, the main house had 6 bedrooms, all with double and single bed, so plenty of space and a second adjoined building had 2 more large bedrooms which were all ours. "From the photographs we were expecting something a lot nicer...our greeting by the cleaner Monika and our conversation with the owner was most pleasant but sadly the property is in dire need of a facelift, it's barely furnished or equipped, the front gate was a nightmare to lock (entire gate is out of alignment), barbeque lid handle was broken, ditto hinge on one of the toilet seats..the restful sound of the cicadas was drowned out by the yelling of the neighbours and one had to drive...

"Beautiful little villa high up on the hills outside Grasse. We sat outside on the veranda every evening enjoying the view with our wine and appies after long days sight seeing. Even the friendly felines made us feel welcome. One note, we had a larger suv for 5 adults and the parking getting into the garage was a little tight."

"This villa is perched high in the hills near a quaint medieval town. The views were spectacular, the home comfortable and spacious, and it was a quick walk to town (which had a number of wonderful restaurants, art galleries, and gelato venues.) The infinity pool was perfect to jump into after a day out site seeing in the French Riviera. Both our host and property manager made everything very easy for us. We had a wonderful family holiday. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"The property is wonderful - very comfortable, interesting, and spacious, and very French (ie chic, lovely pictures of the cote d'azur, outside tables). It also has lovely additions including a decent sized private pool, a table tennis table, plenty of parking. Two other points: the location is superb, within easy reach of Vence, St Paul de Vence, Nice and the cote d'azur; and the contact with owners David and Elisabeth, and their housekeeper Francoise, was easy and welcoming.
