"Villa was lovely, plenty of space and Eric was very accommodating and friendly., The abuse of the mountains was spectacular and the pool a bonus. The road is very windy going uo and you definitely , need a car. Just one small one thing, a better light outside for evening dining would be good. Otherwise a fantastic stay."

This place is a short drive to old Nice and the beaches, providing a place to rest after playing all day. We can’t say enough good stuff about Rose. She’s friendly, generous, and very helpful. She met us as we arrived and made sure we were settled in properly. She was always available to answer questions and even brought us mini croissants...

"We had a good time, visiting, museums and chapels in the area and walking around Vence old town. It was very convenient to the old town area and restaurants. The major drawback was that the bathroom is. In the main floor cottage and the sleeping is in the loft upstairs"

"The apartment is well-decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There is plenty of space inside and out. The two patio areas are great for relaxing and the outdoor kitchen area is ideal for eating when the weather is very hot. The pool is beautiful and so is the view. Eric and Nancy are extremely hospitable and, while they are available to deal with any questions, they are extremely discreet and it often felt that we had the place completely to ourselves.
