"The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It was located just a couple blocks away from downtown which was perfect for walking to anywhere we wanted to go. Claudia was unbelievably helpful and went above and beyond with helping with transportation and even locating a doctor who made a house call for my wife and finding a dentist when our friend lost a crown. I would definitely stay here again."

The pool area didn’t have any umbrellas which would have been nice and the gym didn’t have any circulation causing extreme heat when more than 1 person was working out. "Please tip housekeepers, they do an awesome job! This place is conveniently located near Parque de la marimba n other nearby attractions. Transportation is easy, although I would suggest Uber instead of taxis or any other public transportation. Five stars for this hotel. Rooms are a bit outdated but overall is a beautiful hotel, nice pool to kill the heat"
