Good location, good hotel

"Good place to stay in Hamburg. The rooms are reasonably sized and have enough storage space for a two suitcases to be open whilst still allowing people to move around. The rooms are very quiet. Bed is comfy. Air conditioning works. Two things I would change if I could: the desk & chair are rather pathetic - you're not going to get any serious work done here. The other thing is the magazine rack which hangs from a lampshade next to the side of the bed. It looks good but it's a pain in the arse when you bang your head on it in the night. The area is good - clean and new. I am glad I stayed here rather than somewhere more central. If you've never been to Hamburg, avoid staying anywhere near the central station - it's gross! But this location is only a 10-15 minute walk from central hamburg, and is very close indeed to the Elbphilharmonie and Miniatur Wunderland. If I came to Hamburg again, I'd be happy to stay here again."
