"Check-in process was very simple and easy. Great communication with the management company. Everything about the condo was just as expected plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes and more than enough room. Location was excellent being in los Sueños resort area and easy to get to the beach club or the beach. Pools in condo complex were excellent. If you walked to either beach club or beach it would take 15 to 20 minutes however I recommend renting a golf cart through the management company. The...

"I am giving this 5 stars because the hosts were amazing and the view was phenomenal; however there are some things to note. The showers have lukewarm water (although every sink has hot water). This was very disappointing after being out on the beach and hiking all day as all we wanted was a hot shower. The water pressure was not great in the showers. "We had during our stay moisture next to the bed, that made us sick, ants & a scorpion in the room, 3 electricity blackouts and 3x loss of all the food in the fridge. Additionally to this during the whole stay we were living on a construction site as the owner planed to extend the property. With this circumstances the owner was not ready to reduce price or to find an arrangement that was convenient for us."

"Great stay. Attentive host. A very nice place sitting on a hillside overlooking the ocean and beautiful Playa Blanca beach at the foot of the hill. Enjoyed hanging out at the large terrace and taking in the amazing view. Saw a good number of scarlet macaws and flocks of pelicans. Down at the beach saw a troop of capuchin monkeys. Would go back in a minute. "
