Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "It could use some updating but met all our expectations. They were very nice and accommodating. It was close to the lake with direct access. We had a few ants but they came quickly and sprayed all around the wall base and that took care of them. The kitchen had most all necessary items however there was no oven. In our apartment the parking was to small for our vehicle but they offered alternate parking close by. We went to Venice by train and Verona by car. "

"We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "

"Die Lage ist mega, leider kann man nicht direkt davor, sondern nur kostenpflichtig in der näheren Umgebung (ca. 500m entfernt) parken. Was man definitiv ins Urlaubsbudget einplanen muss, denn die Kosten pro Tag liegen hier bei 20€, wenn man mit dem Auto die Gegend erkundet und dadurch nicht den „günstigen“ Wochentarif zahlt, weil das Auto dafür die komplette Woche stehen muss.
