"This property is awesome. The views are different from each unit, but the one we had was beautiful. The unit was roomy, comfortable. The employees at the office are very pleasant and helpful. The parking spots are tiny, and we had hard time parking our large SUV, but other than that this place is incredible."

"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "It could use some updating but met all our expectations. They were very nice and accommodating. It was close to the lake with direct access. We had a few ants but they came quickly and sprayed all around the wall base and that took care of them. The kitchen had most all necessary items however there was no oven. In our apartment the parking was to small for our vehicle but they offered alternate parking close by. We went to Venice by train and Verona by car. "

"We did not realize when booking that the residence is separate from the hotel, it is really individual apartments, but when we tried to check in at he hotel they quickly realized and called the person who took us to the apartment. "The apartment is clean, well located and easy to access with free parking. The host was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and waited for us as we got stuck in traffic. The only thing I didn’t care for was asking for an additional cash payment at check in for “sheets and towels” which the host said were not included. This is incredibly strange, I have never experienced something like this, so be aware. Despite this, I would still recommend this apartment. "

"We came into town for a friend’s wedding and stayed here with 8 people. It comfortably fit all of us and was both spacious and clean. Andrea the host was very accommodating and even left us some welcome snacks. The property was in great condition and the view of the lake and the island were terrific. We loved our stay here and if we ever returned to lake garda we would definitely stay again."
