"The location was perfect for our needs, room was spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable. Included brekfast was good. A few things in the room are showing their age like the dining chairs and tub. Fridge made a bit of noise. Overall, the room was good and comfortable."

"Had a great stay overall. The bathrooms look incredible and having the shower, deep soaker tub and heated floors was a fantastic combination. The rooms are nicely furnished, the usual hotel standard for this level with everything in good condition. The gym seemed to have most popular equipment for the average workout. The pool and hot tub were also a great addition, although they were starting to show a small bit of dirt buildup in places. The concierge staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. I added some options from their amenity catalogue as I was celebrating a few special occasions, but the staff provided far more than I requested making for a fantastic first impression of the room. The only complaint I can think of is they were unable to provide milk with their tea. I understand not having it in a room by default but the fact the facility has no milk on site when operating restaurants and offering breakfast seems odd to me. Overall a great experience. I'll likely return again, but bringing my own milk with me"
