Had a nice and comfortable stay, we attended a concert and only had to walk 4 mins from Scotiabank arena which was really convenient. Most of the places we went to were a good walking distance as well. Support was also very communicative which was really nice. Highly recommend RivetStays

This appthotel was very close to Ripley's Museum, CN Tower, Rec Room and Train Museum. Transportation was close and get to by subway, streetcars and buses. Shopping and Entertainment areas are easy to travel to by walking or public transport.

The Rivet Stays people were on top of every detail and were super speedy in all their responses. Everything was exactly as promised and as shown online. There were a lot of convenient little extras that were unexpected like condiments and coffee. There was a very nice grocery store and liquor store right across the street and it was only a block to union station, the main bus, subway, Go train and airport trains hub. lots of restaurnats and entertainment nearby.

The host was very responsive and the apartment was very clean with amazing views of the city. Location is great as it is less than a 5 minute walk to Scotiabank arena. Only thing to note is the elevators in the building are quite slow, often times during my stay only one of them was working.

This appartement is in a great location, has a beautiful view and spacious. Was not advised of the 500 deposit required for check inn. Check in wasn’t the greatest experience, because it was on Expedia I was expecting to be a hotel reception but had to wait for a guy to run the keys to us.

Negatives are the unit was in very bad repair condition, the pots & pans were damaged so we couldn’t cook, toilet seat finish was wore off and tub had burn marks in it. There was no water temperature regulation and many other things that were broken and needed fixing. The Positives were the bed was comfortable, perfect central location, a great view from the balcony, communication with Rivetstay was good also.
