"Despite the name - there is no luxury! Clean yes, but badly planned space with no decor - plastic covered mattress that caved in the middle. Chemical smell everywhere. It’s basically a two roomed apartment divided into a”luxury suite!!!” Where you share a kitchen and a security can watches! Cheaply appointed - not even proper curtains to block out light. No coffee, and cleaners waiting at your door while you’re trying too get ready to leave. Bad communication from property. Avoid at all costs!"

"This was a wonderful weekend stay in the heart of Bari! A super-comfortable apartment filled with beautiful decorations, including a window in the floor into the original building cistern, now used as a home for a few large fish. The hosts were gracious, very responsive and easy to communicate with, and the apartment was in a great location, with many restaurants and shops nearby. A great stay, we would highly recommend!"

"The staff was fabulous; both helpful and kind. We were unaware that caves are humid, which was our naivete. Breakfast was ample. Our cave was large and had lots of places to sit comfortably, inside and out. The only reason the stay was not 100% excellent was the humidity inside the cave despite running dehumidifiers and air conditioning. Having a sweet dog on premises was a bonus!"

"This was our first time in Bari. We loved it. And a large part of those good feelings belongs to the comfort of our "Heart of Bari" apartment. The setup was lovely with lots of charming touches - juice and milk in the fridge to get us started. Our check-in with Ida couldn't have been easier or nicer. She was the best! And communication was prompt and clear via WhatsApp throughout the entire stay. We loved this place!"

Every details was thought of on the property (coffee, linens, soap, detergents and more) Each room was equipped with a desk, AC, Netflix... While we had to carry the luggage down to the property, proper research would have suggested the public transport that we could have been used to minimize the hassle. Breakfast here was excellent with so many choices, including some fresh food. Their offer to store luggage after checkout is a good option to avail."
