"There was nothing to like. When we drove up to the property we were concerned. We went in and right away we were worried the place was so dirty and run down. I had the picture of the room on Expedia and showed it to the manager and asked if they had one like it, he looked totally surprised and made a funny noise. Our room was gross. "Hotel itself was fine, had everything we needed and was clean and comfy. The area however was quite scary at night especially walking from the RER past the restaurant's. I genuinely felt very unsafe and actually grabbed my 5 year old and ran due to some unsavoury characters hanging around the alleyway between the restaurants and the hotel."

"Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. They were not interested at all."

"I don't understand it, but Everytime and takes two events together... There are empty rooms, but will put everyone together. I don't understand it, have 50 empty rooms, but will put next person right next to me. For housekeeping? You mean the ones that go up and down the halls anyway? Never mind the customers. Next part is that people are rude and unaware, as they talk (can hear through walls) and slam doors, always ruin the doors and slam them. Management seems to like that. Never again."
