"We had a lovely stay at the Big Barn. Communication was exemplary, Jenny was very helpful and friendly, and the house itself is beautiful. We were there for new years - three families and adults and kids all loved it. The kitchen is great for cooking and very well equipped and the living area has a stunning fireplace - very cosy. The surrounding area is beautiful with beaches, great walks and pubs all nearby."

"All 16 of us (6 adults, 10 kids) absolutely loved this house, as did our puppy.The house had everything we needed and the kids loved arriving to a delicious tray of rocky road.The pool (which is larger than the photos do justice) and hot tub are warm and perfect for everyone to enjoy on a cold February week in Devon.We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.. "Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. "This cottage is really lovely. Great location, nice host and has everything needed for a holiday. The pub in the village is a minutes walk and serves nice food - what more coul you want.
