"Really cosy cottage, lovely decorations for Xmas, great woodburner for warmth. Amazing bath and shower room. Great dog walks from the back door to various coves and beaches. Just a shame the local inn is undergoing renovations as it looks great. We’ll just have to come back and try it when it’s open again!"

"This cottage is more spacious than it looks. We had a family Christmas together and there was plenty of space for everyone and lots if different areas to spend time in. The cottage is extremely well equipped, and we cooked Christmas dinner. There is a garden area, but it is not directly outside the cottage, it is a large area and our grandchildren had a lot of fun playing in it. All beds were comfortable with clean linen. We know the area well and the cottage is 2 miles from Slapton village...

"Loved our short break in this superb location, the cottage had everything you need and the privacy and quietness of the area was amazing. Yes the lanes are truly country - tight, muddy and bumpy but nothing unusual or to put you off. "What a lovely cosy cottage, we had a great 2 night stay over the new year. Quaint sitting room with lovely little touches , well equipped kitchen with everything you need . Bathroom had great shower with plenty of hot water . Quirky Brixham stairs . We would definitely stay here again as everything Brixham has to offer is within easy reach ."
