"Service and location were exceptional! The shower was strangely buil, no door and overflowing. Bed linens somewhat could be improved in terms of being breathable. However the hotel staff was amazing and all little inconveniences and discomfort mentioned above are disregarded for the stellar service we were granted . Restaurant on the top floor was amazing. Food, the view, the service-top notch!"

"Very friendly staff, nice pub and decent price. Negatives: Entry is actually through the pub, so after pub is closed hotel entry is a bit tricky. You need to take stairs to go up one floor and then access lift. When I checked out in the morning, reception guy helped me with one big carrying one flight, but it’s inconvenient. There is mold in the shower. I guess it might be normal for Istanbul economical hotels never stayed anywhere else. Pub staff is very nice, very friendly, I would give 5...

"The location was fantastic. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Very close to the mall. You can just cross the street and walk by the port. Little noisy at night which we did not care. All employees are super helpful and excellent customer service. I give 4 stars just because the wifi connection was not that great. We had some trouble connecting to the internet and also rooms are pretty small. We were 2 adults with 2 big suitcases and basically there was not enough room for all our stuff....
