"We loved our stay!"

"Property very nice, however overall experience poor. Host was unaccommodating and difficult to reach. Advertised incorrectly. Booked because of hot tub which we could not use the first two nights we were there because she said the pool guy had to heat it up. The other couple used it earlier that day. Had no idea we would be sharing with another couple and that host lived there. The other couple also thought the same. They had to enter our room to get to their bedroom because no expectation was...

"Overall impression of the apartment and location was positive. Close to grocery stores, food is walkable nearby, and it was great to have parking. Directions to and thru the parking garage by the host was spot on. Enjoyed the pool 2 evenings after long walking days of LA tourists. Very easy access to highways. My 4 star rating is based on the fact that the apartment was sparsely furnished. 1 mostly uncomfortable couch, and a table with 4 chairs and that is it for seating. Would be well...

"Overall, this was a great experience. The location is directly across the street from the beach and has a view of the pier. It's in a recently renovated building that was quiet and relaxing. Walking to the Promenade, movie theatre, numerous stores, etc was great. The actual apartment is pretty great, too, and we really liked all the "extras" provided by the host, such as an Uno game, Jenga game, chairs/towels for the beach, water bottles/sodas, and so on. The TV/Roku is great, the a/c works...

"I really hit the jackpot when I selected this property. I was greeted and warmly welcomed at the door by host Rena who showed me around. Her motherly spirit was evident in the care she put into the unit. From extra towels, to water and orange juice in the fridge and cookies, apples, and flowers on the dining table. The bed was wonderfully comfy with extra blankets available in the closet. As a single female I also appreciated the very bright automatic light that comes on as you approach the door...

"We were unable to find the property or reach Shaw Carter, the property manager (or whatever). We were stranded and Verbo found us a room at Best West. We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. "

"It was an excellent stay. The service was very personal, kind and accommodation. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood but close to many services and shopping. I felt very much at home here and would definitely stay there again. "

"I can’t recommend this place enough. Even better than we expected. Really well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. We cooked dinner and prepared breakfast but could easily have walked to so many cafe and restaurant options around us. Supermarkets around the corner and a gym and swimming pool nearby. Absolutely great!!"
