"We have stayed at over 20 different properties through both VRBO and ARBNB and this location is the best appointed property we have been to. The unit is beautifully decorated with a lot of style. It was refreshing to have high end appliances and accessories in the Kitchen. I would highly recommend a stay here as you visit the LA area. "

"Overall, this was a great experience. The location is directly across the street from the beach and has a view of the pier. It's in a recently renovated building that was quiet and relaxing. Walking to the Promenade, movie theatre, numerous stores, etc was great. The actual apartment is pretty great, too, and we really liked all the "extras" provided by the host, such as an Uno game, Jenga game, chairs/towels for the beach, water bottles/sodas, and so on. The TV/Roku is great, the a/c works...

"This guest cottage is roomy and beautiful. The location could not have been much nicer - the beaches are easily accessible, you are right on the PCH and can easily travel the length of the Malibu community in 15 or 20 minutes, and a grocery store and restaurants are nearby. There is plenty of comfortable furniture, and the use of the private hot tub and pool on the premise was greatly appreciated. The garden/landscaping is fantastic. We saw many hummingbirds each day. Definitely a great value."
