"We had a wonderful stay at Aspect Caloundra. Room was clean, very spacious and with great ocean views. So nice to finally stay at a place where the heating actually works during winter! Water pressure in the showers were excellent. Julie at reception was always helpful with any questions we had and even alerted us immediately when we accidentally left some items behind after checking out. We had the best pastries and bread from The Pastry Lab located just downstairs from the apartment - a must...

"location is excellent & beach view from balcony was a plus well appointed apartment.......spacious.....pretty much everything we needed underground parking very convenient and really liked trolleys to assist with moving luggage. would happily stay here again couple of little things......TV in bedroom not working.......general cleanliness good but needs a spring clean..........drawers and cupboards need wiping out, behind toilet door was dirty and switches etc. were dusty and sticky "

"The unit was very comfortable and located directly across the street from Happy Valley Beach. Shops and places to eat very close and the boardwalk and park area along the foreshore was terrific in the afternoons. "

"Quiet area - suited us as it was close for appointments. Took a little time finding letter box for key - instruction letter on where unit was located might be an idea. Okay for me but for an older traveller it would be helpful. Unit very comfortable and had everything we needed. "

"There was a problem with the Air Conditioner. I understand these things can happen, but when I reported it to the person,she knew what was happening. So in other words, the problem had been experienced before. The advice from management was to not use the A/C after they had inspected it. There was no offer to shift us to another room, and if there was an existing fault with the A/C before we arrived why wasn't it repaired."
