"Check in was great, easy, and very informative; I forget the name of the girl who helped us. The server in the skybar was awesome and friendly, she offered a great customer service. Not so happy with the bartender; blond, fit guy with a beard. "Always a fun stay, bar is cool. Rooms are small, are there are no drawers. They charge for coffee in a paper cup in the lobby not a plush. Front desk and valet staff friendly and helpful. Self park is very inconvenient , behind hotel down an alley a cold icey walk to get into hotel. Fun atmosphere and easy to walk to shops on the square. All in all a 8or9 out of 10"

"Quiet little hotel, very nice and modern. Staff was very friendly. Only weird thing was no microwave in the room and also ice machines only on floor 2 & 4. But would definitely stay here again "

"The listed price for room on Expedia was $55, when I booked the room I was charged $88. When I talked to the front desk staff he blamed Expedia web site for the issue!? The hotel sets the rate not Expedia, that was a typical bait and switch! "
