"I rented this cottage to bring my mom up to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. This was the perfect cottage for the weekend. Everything is beautiful and upscale and just so cute!! We loved the view of the stadium and loved being so close to my daughter’s sorority house that we could walk. This would be the perfect location for game day for sure!"

"This is a cute, little cottage close to downtown Rogers. At the time of our stay, the house did need some maintenance. The owner did tell us they waiting for contractors to address a few issues that we noticed. This part of town has an old/historic feel to it. "This is a nice set up for family and/or friends. They did a nice job on the remodel. An early check-in and leisurely checkout was offered and the host was quick to respond to any questions. It’s nestled at the end of the street, so lots of privacy and very quiet. Would stay here again!"

"Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not. "We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Chalet. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Anything you could possibly need is there for your use. The linens were great, too. We enjoyed a fire in the firepit one night. I wanted to try out the kayaks but it was a little too chilly. I had the opportunity to chat with the owner and she was so accommodating and nice to work with! Definitely recommend staying here!"
