The owner did tell us they waiting for contractors to address a few issues that we noticed. This part of town has an old/historic feel to it. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not.
