"It’s run down.. rust in the sinks, needs a basic update. It’s just worn out and a new comforter and shower curtain are appreciated but it’s just not enough everything needs replaced. I’ve been coming yearly for 3 years and the pool is still empty. "

"Both adults and kids had lot of fun at Oroville House. An excellent property with lake views. Kids spent most of their time in outdoor pool and the gaming room; and so did the adults. Bocce ball and game of croquet was liked and played by all. Although we did quite some cooking but it was fun especially the wood fired pizzas.
