I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends It was perfect. Breakfast each morning from 7am was also magnificent and set us all up for the day ahead. FIVE STARS ***** "

"This hotel is in perfect location to explore Krakow old tiwn, as well as Kazimierz, the Jewish district. It is very centrally located, however on a quiet street. It has a lot of character; it is an old hotel with lots of history, grandiose staircase and charming patisserie. It is also very clean everywhere. Service is excellent. The hairdryer was missing from the room and they apologized and immediately brought it to my room. There is a very small gym at the attic with a treadmill, spinning bike, elastic bands, two mats and some weights; it was enough for me. I would recommend this hotel if you enjoy historical places to stay in. "

"Perfect location, walkable to all sights of old town and Jewish quarter. Nice petit bar up the street. Available parking in front of hotel, worth the price for the guaranteed parking spot. My only caution is that it’s not a walk-in shower. Tub is high and awkward, shower head is located in the corner and does not have wrap around tub enclosure. "

I benefitted from a room upgrade and it was faultless, very comfortable and serene. I would not hesitate in recommending Unicus Palace and hope to return one day. "
