"Very well equipped apartment in a peaceful and quiet location.The wraparound balcony being a stand out feature for us and we certainly put it to good use. Communication was great throughout and Sebastien was extremely helpful. We visited the local bars and restaurants and enjoyed walking into La Cala of a night and walking on the beach boardwalk. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely come back."

"This is a great little find and we’ve been back to stay already. There is no pool access yet (May). And it would be awesome to have access directly out to the paseo with a key rather than walk around the front and the TV is mounted way too high for viewings! - but that’s the only criticism and still a 5 star stay!"

"We couldn’t fault the apartment, and was as described. Communication was smooth and easy, we were met by Chris on arrival who showed us to our parking spot in the garage and explained how everything worked in the apartment. It was very clean, comfortable beds, good and quiet air conditioning, plenty of kitchen equipment, basic condiments, and with cleaning supplies left for us to use in the week. We appreciated the provisions for our arrival so we didn’t need to rush out to the shops,...

"The property is in a very quiet street, few mins walk and your in the hub of it all. Being on the top floor there is a few flights of stairs up to it, we found it very clean, comfy bed, bath with shower over. My partner likes a bath and i like to shower however there wasnt enough hot water for us both so i had to wait which was a little inconvienient. The property is good however we thought it could definately do with some updating.it is quite dated, but still a good base to stay for a few days...

"Cannot fault this property’s location, 2nd floor apartment with balcony facing the beach beside Arab tower in middle of town. Everything you could possibly need is in the apartment plus some beach chairs etc. in garage below apartment. Highly recommend this property for location, view, comfort and amenities. Hope to return in 2025. Great communication with owner Steve who was very helpful. Overall we had an excellent holiday made all the better by this apartment. Thank you."
