"We know the town very well and this apartment sits in a really great location for all the lovely restaurants and it’s an easy walk to the beach. The apartment was spacious and bright. Great comfortable bed Lovely simple decor throughout. The kitchen was well equipped for making breakfast and very clean. Washer and dryer set up in bathroom which was great too . Highly recommend "

"Cannot fault this property’s location, 2nd floor apartment with balcony facing the beach beside Arab tower in middle of town. Everything you could possibly need is in the apartment plus some beach chairs etc. in garage below apartment. Highly recommend this property for location, view, comfort and amenities. Hope to return in 2025. Great communication with owner Steve who was very helpful. Overall we had an excellent holiday made all the better by this apartment. Thank you."

Supermarket across the road, train station ten minute walk away, good bus links also. "The overall experience of staying in the apartment was 5 star. The apartment is situated amongst some of the the nicest restaurants Benalmadena has to offer. There are plenty of cafes, bars and supermarkets within short walking distance. "The property was great and exactly as described. Very clean with all amenities you would need. A short 15 minute walk to downtown Marbella, as the complex is right on the promenade along the sea with bars and restaurants. We really liked being away from the downtown business!
