"This house was the perfect place for us to gather for the holidays with family members who live in town. The host was very responsive and helpful. It’s a great place for families during Illini events such as sporting events and family weekends."

"All on one level, this house has plenty of sleeping options with 4 bedrooms. Two full baths is also a must with a larger group. The kitchen was workable to make meals with pots and pans, a dishwasher and full-sized appliances. Washer and dryer available also. We appreciated the fenced-in backyard! I am sure the screened porch would be lovely in warmer weather. Host was responsive and helpful. Well-outfitted and comfortable, this was a nice place to stay for our family."

"I need to be reimbursed immediately! I booked this over 6 weeks ago and found out when I tried to check in that the property manager "wasn't aware" and others were staying. In addition to getting reimbursed, I should also get something else as I was left without a place to stay."

"Great location for attending the Illinois Marathon. The property had plenty of space, clean, safe neighborhood, nice wrap around deck and stylish decor. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided easy instructions for check in and check out. My family and friends really enjoyed our stay!"

The house was clean, beds and pillows were comfy, bathrooms and shower pressure were great, the open floor plan was perfect for hanging out as a group. Took a while to cool down the upstairs (3 twins) but it did cool down. Note there is no bathroom upstairs - you have to walk down, cross living room, then the hallway bath. "We had such a wonderful time at this property during what was a whirlwind of an emotional time, since we gathered from around the country for our Patriarch's Celebration of Life. The house had wonderful "home" vibes for our grown family. We used the piano and front room for music and discussions and we enjoyed the gaming room. We appreciated the updated kitchen and bathrooms. Maryka was lovely to work with and helped us with scheduling issues. "

"This is a very cute, little place and seriously for the price it is amazing. It was perfect for what we needed. A place to sleep while we visited my daughter at the University. Is it luxury? No but it was clean, cute and a BARGAIN! You cannot beat it. There are other places out there that are gross and sooooo much more expensive. I would do it again in a heartbeat!"
