"The house is very spacious and luxurious. I would even say the best I’ve stayed in Rotorua and this was the 3rd trip to celebrate a 21st in the family in the last 4years.Seating areas indoor and out comfortably sat the six of us. There were also spaces inside and out to split up to get something quiet (Duolingo) done.Commutation was clear and any questions were answered quickly.This would be my absolute first choice to hunt it down again the next time I want a holiday in Rotorua. The extra touch of a 21st balloon that put a huge smile on my daughters face was an appreciated extra."

"We were a group of 17 seniors who booked out the whole motel. As it's an older building there was plenty of space for sharing and lovely lawns. We were back off the busy main road so we're not disturbed by traffic noise. We could walk to the Skyline gondola and were right next door to the rabbit mini golf. We played at night. So beautiful with the real rabbits and all the lights. The owners were very helpful and quick to fix any issues we had."
