"Arrived over an hour before standard check-in and room was ready. Lovely, large room in a cottage by the river with free parking. Staff Lovely & friendly. Got back just before 11pm and was able to get more milk for a late brew. Only grumble, not enough milk left in the first place. Loved our Eggs Royale for breakfast. 11am check out is just right. Would reccomend."

"Very accomodating for our particular request of using the location for our student short film, both over the three shoot days and letting us visit twice beforehand for location reccees. In that regard, I couldn't have asked for anymore. The property appeared well looked after and clean, and was accurate to the photographs (but even better in person). Communication was also prompt, and you always had answers to questions we had.All in all, we had a perfect experience and the property and surroundings looked great on camera. Hopefully we'll be able to share a copy of the film with you eventually. Thank-you both for everything."

"We enjoyed the cottage espically thr cosy log burner , the garden is not good if you struggle with walking up very steep steps , there was a very weird smell in the bathroom , cottage very rural , but we enjoyed walks , the main bedroom bed is very squeaky bit uncomfortable , but we did enjoy our stay away "
