I felt so comfortable at the hotel that I proposed to my girlfriend in our room. We are now married and plan on visiting Tobago and staying at Tropikist Beach and Hotel Resort again!"

"Overall, we had a great experience with a variety of dining and a lovely environment. The only thing reason for not saying it was excellent is for something beyond the control of the management - the natural sargassum bloom around the east coast tends to give a pungent scent. However, the hotel seems to be able to reduce the odor indoors."

"The apartment has two large bedrooms and a large kitchen/living area with air conditioning throughout. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer in the apartment which was a bonus. The complex was very quiet and felt safe and secure. Out the back is a lovely pool and a small artificial grass area, which was great for the kids, we spent time out there everyday.
