Clean Fresh tidy wonderful room on Arrival. Excellent Breakfast. Only reason for Not getting 5stars was the Tv only had 4 basic boring Local channels. No Cable TV Entertainment option for when you are in your room. Please upgrade your TV options or provide Netflix's or some more Media Options.

Rate : 1/10 Our stay at Le Grand Courland began with used soap in the bathroom, furniture and bed sheets fill with dust, a kettle that doesn't work, no microwave, no shampoo, no conditioner, no body wash and NO WIFI. A pressing iron was presented upon request and mini sample sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided The breakfast and the spa were good. Roger at the spa did an excellent job, 10/10 for Roger, however, in order to book 2 massages we had to speak to 3 different front desk staff. Front desk staff were not knowledgeable about the spa services and made it really difficult for a simple booking, e g. We were told a specific service isn't available but the service was available after all. There is mold on the ceiling of the spa. Beach towels depends on the colour of your skin. Very old and faded towels were given to us since we are from the Caribbean. "Foreigners " were given bright colored towels. The path to the gym and spa smelt really foul. The resort is far fetch from the pictures and videos posted online. The resort is very run down, rough infrastructure and ceilings, bar by the pool doesn't exist anymore, foul scent, inadequate lighting in the room, no proper customer service. Half of the spa services are not available.

This property sits in a fantastic location overlooking the sea. However, there is terrible neglect of maintenance required. A complete renovation would be needed for me to recommend this location to anyone for a good stay (paint, furnishings, fixtures in bathrooms, etc). Internet availability is awful, no activities on site, no working phones in rooms, and much more. 70 rooms on property, but very few occupied due to severe disrepair.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this resort and we will definitely visit again. This resort was quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for on our trip with our busy schedules. We had little issues which was rectified, besides for the wifi, which cut off to our room on the second day of our stay which was a little disappointing. However, we did get the internet outside our room but the signal was weak. Other than that, our stay was good.
