"Spend a long journey here and really impressed. Wonderful team with brilliant manager!! Female friendly and pet friendly! The majority of their staff are warm and outgoing girls!!! Very cozy and chill place to be!!! Best local place for traveling, bus stop at their front door, 10 mins walk could lead to many landscapes and nice bars, shops and restaurants!! Have gardens just across the street for wonderful dog 🐶 walking. On top of that, 2mins walk to Bristol swimming pool and gym accessible for public!!! Suitable for sporty guys to stay !!! The reception team are always welcoming and supportive!! Rachel, Clara and Elena have done a fantastic job!!!They deserve further raise in salary. ❤️They are extremely friendly and strong 💪 enough to help guests with carrying luggage!! When ever guests have problems with room or facilities, they are always here with supportive attitude. The reservation here is not as that strict as other hotels, they could help you with specific requests like bath tub or so if guests called in advance🥰 The house keeping team here is also very nice with caring in details. Haven’t got the chance to know all of their name, but they’re so careful!!!Sometimes even help me folding with my pajamas on the bed when making up room. "Great stay at the Bristol Hotel. Made to feel welcome by the receptionist Marian who was also very helpful. The room was cozy with a lovely view of the river. Comfy double bed but we did find it a little small. The room was quiet and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is in a great location for restaurant's and exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again. "
