"Staff service from everyone on the property was amazing, always a lovely smile from every person in each department I came across. My only complaint is that the beds in 5126 might need an update, very shaky and I did not have a lot of confidence in them. Also the portable AC made the carpet yet and any clothes near it wet. I do have to say, it added to the historical feeling of the building haha! Would stay again either way!"

"Rooms were spacious, very comfortable, like living at home away from home. Beds were great. Includes a washer and dryer in the unit with detergent. Staff were overall friendly and helpful. They have a lot of scheduled activities that are all family friendly and mostly fun. One staff suggested and tried to sign me up for a timeshare appointment, so look out for that if not interested. The best parts of the property are the huge indoor swimming pool and and outdoor water playground with a mini lazy river and hot tub. We came sorta off season (early May) but the water was still warm enough to swim, although the outdoor park was a little cold. Plenty of other fun amenities like a game room, ping pong table, basketball courts, and picnic tables with grills scattered around. The property is very large and surrounded by a forest of trees. Feels very safe and clean, but feels a little remote so definitely a car is required to go anywhere else outside the property. Highly recommend."
