"I've stayed here many times. It's convenient to most of Williamsburg but tucked away on the bypass which makes it a quiet location. Staff is helpful and friendly and the rooms are adequate for most people."

"I stayed in the Jamestown commons. It was located a little away from the main building and since it was winter when I came, I had to use my car to get there. It would have been helpful if vending machines were located inside each villa building or floor. The only way to get any kind of snacks was to go to the main building and it was very overpriced. "Great customer service. The hotel was clean and in a very nice location. I would only suggest that you allow points for stays even when booked through a third party. Although I like the property, I won’t stay again because I sometimes book through a third party and I don’t get the credit for the stay. I will choose another hotel chain that will award points for the stay regardless of who reservation was booked through."

"The hotel itself was great but the breakfast situation was a joke. I paid $20 for breakfast and was referred to a restaurant on the premises. One server, buffet food but was going to be served by a waiter. 1 waiter. He was very polite but extremely slow. Coffee was terrible, served everything in paper containers like you'd get mac & cheese in. Milk, no creamer. No sweeteners on the tables. He would disappear for extended periods of time in the back and return with a tray full of paper...
