"Love staying the the Tapatio! Only problem this time was the front desk could not find my reservation from Expedia. Took over 45 minutes of waiting and also having the online chat assisting from Expedia until they finally found my reservation. Now the older gentleman bellhop was excellent, when the fan in room was not working he called maintenance over immediately. Then when he saw it wasn’t going to get fixed, he spoke to front desk and got me a new room. Granted In the end Tapatio took care of...
