"Loved our weeklong stay at La Villa del Ensueño!! The rooms are traditional Mexican with tile and big comfortable beds, and the grounds are lush creating a lovely oasis about 20 mins from the very urban Guadalajara. The center of Tlaquepaque is beautiful, artisanal and the mariachi show at El Parian is not to be missed. All a short walk away. "I really like that it was convenient to San Pedro Tlaquepaque. Able to walk easily to the church there & dining, shopping. I did not like the noise. Walls seem to thin. I constantly heard people talking outside my room. You can hear all the noise from the breakfast area & kitchen in the morning. It was hard to sleep because of the noise. But the hotel is super nice & modern style. Very clean & friendly personnel. I’d stay again just because of the location & all but I really hope they can fix...

"Loved the staff! Checked in late at night and was received and settled in immediately. My mother was traveling with me and forgot a pair of sunglasses in the room at checkout. The hotel was closed when we realized what happened but the following day we contacted them and they had saved the sunglasses for us. Can’t express how thankful I was for such great hospitality! "The place is beautiful, however upon arrival you should make sure to message the hosts before because we arrived and did not know this so we had to ask for codes to get into the building and no one was there to greet us, the door to our room was open so anyone could go inside before our arrival which was quite weird. "The manager of the property Chris made everything smooth and easy. Met with us at check in and gave tour of the property. He all so gave us recommendations of places to eat in the area. It is very secure building. The parking garage in the basement with security guards. Short walk from car to elevator. I wish we had more time to use the pool and game room on top floor. My wife used the gym every morning and said it was very nice. "
