"Love the property. Different staff from last time I stayed there …this time around initially not as empathetic to our early arrival. We had no sleep. And they insisted we needed to wait until 3 pm to check in. They did end up letting us check in at 130 pm and that was very helpful. Wonderful cook and housekeeping, "

"Windows missing glass, restrooms for everyone, cockroach everywhere. Never personal to complain. We moved to another hotel after two days."

"James is a great host, and his big house with many interesting and private rooms, many with their own washrioms, were super comfortable. Located in the very chic and safe Chapalita area with plenty of dining options, and an easy 15 minute walk to Expo Guadalajara. Will definitely be back. Thanks for your hispitality James!"

"Poor service. Loud. The room was nice, we liked the location, but when the toilet broke getting resolution was impossible. After waiting a day, getting the run around and being ignored we checked out. "

"I was very impressed with the property and room! Definitely will be going back. The only bummer is their breakfast, I did not have the honor to try the breakfast because it is only offered Friday and Saturday from 9-10:30am. "
