The pictures I saw on Expedia about this hotel are not how it was listed online. They gave us a room across the street from the hotel that was pictured from our booking. We only stayed one out of the two nights because of how dirty the hotel was. We rented a room in another hotel because of the poor quality of the stay. We didn’t feel safe or comfortable at this hotel.

There was bed bugs in their sheets ; they did a 'deep cleaning' , yet again there was bed bugs in between the sheets; then they insinuated we had brought them ourselves. No refund was provided. The staff were courteous and kitchen food was great yet we had to leave and find another hotel at 2 am - two sleepless and stressful nights there.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. I needed a fridge for my mom’s insulin and the front desk was very helpful and promptly provided a mini fridge and place it in our room. The pool and jacuzzi looked very inviting i regret not bringing my swimming suit. Our room was very clean and smell nice. Very close to the parian, great location.

It’s about 5 blocks from the center of tlaquepaque The hotel stuff is extremely nice, food is delicious I only wish they offer dinner too.

What a beautiful property and with a great, attentive staff that really wants you have. A great experience. It is super close to the town center. Really enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing to note was the door to our bathroom was a beautiful but fragile, stained glass door, and it did not close very well or provide much privacy. This would not stop me from staying at this property again.

Beautiful propery tucked away in the city and within walking distance to vibrant Tlaqupaque center. Staff was amazing, very welcoming and their hospitality was great! Breakfast was delicious and just the overall comfort of the property and rooms gave a very homely feel. Absolutely would recommend this hotel and in fact I have already! We will be back!

Property itself was beautiful very welcoming and the decor gorgeous to enjoy and felt very safe indoors while you’re into the hotel but we are two older ladies traveling by ourselves we did not feel in the outdoor street area we went outside and lots of men hanging in the streets Smoking and doing stuff 😖 I think it’s fine if you are with a gentleman or a few more in groups — but we were both definitely sorry we did not look up Google to look the surrounding area — Sadly for us we both needed a spa we looked for a hotel with a pool and spa —the spa never worked while we were there never got warm I was told both days that it needs 3 to 4 hours to heat up never heat it up totally disappointed 😡

It’s literally al hidden gem!! The hotel grounds are beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience magical. Only blocks from downtown Tlaquepaque, we walked around everywhere!!! I absolutely recommend!!!

Although the staff was good in general, the restaurant service was horrible. They had a bad attitude and the food wasn't good so the free breakfast was useless. It is very clean. The location leaves a lot to be desired and is borderline safe. The hotel doesn't tell you in advance that they have half their rooms across the street in a separate location and I was separated from the person I was traveling with.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here at La villa Del Ensueno!! They place is very clean they offer fresh cooked mexican breakfast to order.All the staff go above and beyond to help an answer any question you might have. They also provide safe tours around Guadalajara like Chapala and Tequila which i thought was very convenient to get pick up at our hotel and drop off. Worried free! And question before booking feel free and talk to Blas he was very helpful. Thank you for making our getaway so enjoyable.
