"AC started making a humming noise around 11pm, and broke down in the middle of the night, dripping water right above the bathroom door making the floor very wet, which my daughter slipped and almost fell, we had to change rooms around 3:20 am which was very inconvenient, therefore we did not sleep at all that night. Being that my daughter is diabetic, her sleep is very important for her well being. -But I gotta say, the housekeeping ladies, specially Suzy, were very nice and cleaned our room very well. The breakfast was delicious. "
