"All staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms could do with a little updating. The T.V. did not work as it had not been connected properly. Air conditioning worked only one night of my 3 night stay even though I requested at reception for it to be looked 3 times. "

"From the moment that you enter the hotel, it’s like you’ve stepped into another world. The reception area is beautiful and likewise are the staff that greet you at the reception. My husband & i were given complimentary juices, which were delicious, and given an extensive and helpful run through of what to expect from the hotel experience. The staff were amazingly helpful. We stayed in the comfort double room which was large and clean. It had a balcony and complimentary slippers & toiletries....
