"Reception team was amazing everyone spoke English very well, the espresso bar in the lobby has all you need whether you like coffee or tea reception will take care of you, the room itself was very clean, and the view from the balcony was nice especially on a sunny day, a bakery & juice spot is located nearby for affordable yet delicious snacks, the location is a bit of a walk from the city center but very easy to use taxi service like BlueTaxi if you don’t want to walk, the WiFi worked fine, there’s an elevator and overall the area felt safe, a huge thanks to Nik for outstanding service and making sure everything was good for me would return for a second time to this wonderful hotel "

"It’s a great property. I loved it so so much. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was so neat and clean and lovely. It had all I needed. The location is perfect it has best restaurants downstairs and is 3 mins walk to skanderbe square. Their breakfast was so yummy. I am so happy with the stay at their hotel. They also allowed me luggage storage so I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend this place. "

"Gem of a hotel situated just a few minutes from Skanderbeg Square and the attractions in Tirana. The staff could not have been more helpful and the rooms were spacious and very clean....cannot fault this place and would definitely stay again! "
