Room was suitable, however the shower floods the floor, the drains smell and we couldn't get the TV to work. Breakfast in really special room in the basement was excellent. Our stay in Tirana was amazing and we really enjoyed Albania."

"Good location. Room was lovely and a good size, however shower leaked! Breakfast quite poor - no vegan options despite request to hotel in advance and selection of breakfast items limited, often with missing cutlery or crockery. Also a very loud birthday party with loud music playing beyond midnight on Saturday night which could be clearly heard in the bedroom. It would have been nice if staff could have warned us in advance."

When I needed emergency dental work, the manager, Kristina, not only referred me to her own dentist, but made an appointment for me and arranged for a taxi to take me there and back.
