"The hot water system needs to be replaced as the flow sensor is very worn, this means you have to have the pressure on full to make the unit fire. We left the vanity tap on hot when we showered to stop the shower going cold, not ideal when your on tank water. The bunks are very squeaky and didn’t feel that safe. It was very hot inside, a couple of cheap fans would have been nice. A couple of sharp bits on the deck need some attention and the back area could do with a clean, lots of mosquitoes...

"We had a lovely stay, which was too brief, but nevertheless everything we had hoped for. Our furry friends loved it too. Quiet and surprisingly private home in what is in fact a very built up subdivision. We felt like we were hidden away in a private oasis."

Fished (launched boat at Marsden Marina), swam, ran the coastal track between Langs and Cove, explored new Langs native bush trails opposite public toilets, walked the beach, enjoyed infamous Zippys fresh fruit ice cream, dined at ‘the Cove’. "Our family of three stayed here for over 3 weeks to be close to family that we were visiting in the area. The home was very comfortable and well equipped and well insulated. Only issue we had was the cleanliness of the kitchen which was quite lacking. Communication with property management was average. The views were fantastic and the area was very nice."
