"This place was perfect for our stay - just a short drive to local restaurants, beaches and the golf course. It’s very very private even though close to the owners’ house. It’s compact but stylish with everything we needed. Comfortable bed, good hot water supply and the kitchen has everything for cooking but an oven. The little vege and herb garden was a nice touch and the outdoor bath tub was heavenly. We really enjoyed the views of Bream Bay and the countryside. Watching the local cattle moving...

"The house is spacious, the carpet is lovely and soft, very well equipped kitchen, enough comfy seats for us and nice big garage with a few fun extras thrown in such as bikes and boogie boards. Could have done with two more fans so every room has one on these humid summer nights. Would be helpful to specify the cot is a portacot, not a full, solid cot. Also we could have done with a harness on the highchair. It was great to have shade on the outside dining table but needed shade for the outside...

"We were very happy with our stay.The rooms are setup to accommodate families, as the 2 main rooms can sleep 4 persons each, there is a 3rd bedroom which could sleep another couple.House has a quirky layout, but it suits the farm house style. Only minor inconvience is that there is only 1 shower (and seperate toilet) for all to share. The property is great, nice to have a BBQ overlooking the water. "
