"Even before we arrived we had had a phone call from Susan regarding arrival time, how to find property, etc. Susan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure every single thing had been taken care of. "The lodge we got was good (clean and comfortable bedding), but unfortunately not perfect for a familly (the "corridor" bathroom was not practical, with the shower between the door and the toilet). It was OK for 2 nights like us, but not really for a longer stay. Also the equipement for cooking was not adapted for a familly (size and numbers of pots and pans)"

"We stayed for a week and highly recommended this place. Its a lovely set-up with a furnace as well as a small conservatory. The location was perfect for reaching multiple destinations from Cork to Kilareny both being about an hour in either direction. The local town has a rich history and is full of shops, pubs, and grocery stores. The hosts were very pleasant and offered useful suggestions and shared some great stories.
