Mariana, Manager was very helpful when my wife and colleagues got food poisoning. We found out it was because of oysters we ate in a seafood restaurant in Kinsale. She called my wife and offered plenty of drinks. Staff were helpful getting my wife to go to Southdoc.

The hotel was nice- the bed was not made- no sheets on the bottom mattress - only a mattress topper cover I could not find any hairdryer after looking in all the drawers and an ear piercing fire alarm went off 3 times during our stay- no explanation from the front desk’s
