I would recommend an SUV, a sedan might bottom out on the road coming in. I gave 4 stars overall because of the latrine.. It is a compost toilet and there is an odor. "The house was immaculate upon arrival. Very surprising as it is nestled right into the woods so you would expect to be some bugs or dust/dirt from in and out of the doors. But, there was none. I loved the privacy of the location, but it was a short drive to everything. "We stayed at the lovely property so that we could attend a family reunion at Lost River State Park. The park was only about 7 miles from the house. The home was lovely. Clean and well maintained. We loved the front porch swing and my 12 year old son spent time on the swing off the front porch. We put on water shoes and explored the creek out back too!
