"From the moment we turned into the solar lighted driveway leading up a hill to the cabin and property, we felt a sense of complete seclusion. The abundance of trees surround you providing ample shade with wide mowed trails. The cabin is equipped with every modern day need from decor, appliances and beds. A front porch overlooks a fire pit and wooded area with a picnic table. The back porch view is a beautiful sunshine filled mowed yard with a persimmon tree. You can build a campfire, enjoy nature or prepare meals for yourself or guests. AC/Heat works great and the beds are very comfortable. Host was very responsive with questions. We plan to return as soon as we possibly can. :)"

"Found this great place while planning a trip to St. Joe state park. Loved how close it was to the park and how secluded it was. Lots of cool history to the house and they made sure to have enough documented stuff in there you could understand how special the place was. Will definitely be coming back"

"Second time staying here. We stayed the first time for our anniversary and thought our kids would love it. So we booked this trip for a family weekend getaway. We again enjoyed the property and our kids did as well. Its private and you feel like your in the middle of no where but your not far from stores. During our stay we stopped at Scoops for ice cream and on our way home we stopped at RaeColes Coffee Bar and i would recommend both places. Also recommend checking out the Lead Wood Access and Big River Access both worth seeing and not far from the cabin. We had a very relaxing weekend and probably one of the best trips we have taken and we will definitely be back in the future. We love this place."
