"Nice hotel, felt nickel and dimmed needing to pay €10 for the pool and if I wanted to go in the sauna €10 (the latter of which was a step too far). Hence the lower stars, if I was there with family that would have mounted up as the kids love a swim when possible. Don’t expect that kind of approach from a five star hotel brand. Everything else was good."

"First time in Berlin I couldn’t believe all the famous places great architecture in history that I could ride a bicycle to as soon as I arrive. I loved being able to rent a bicycle ride at the hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful. The food in the cocktails in the lobby were great."

"Excellent location for Berlin visit. Unfortunately AC was not working and we had to change rooms 2 times to get a room with working AC at height of summer. Hotel rooms need updating. "

"European don't do breakfast like in North America. The buffet is not as good as a buffet at 4 star hotel in North America. Their were only beacon and sausage no ham. They didn't have waffles or eggs Benedict. They did have lots of breads and fruit and cheese. It just wasn't worth 42 Euros unless it had more meat choice maybe crepes and waffles and eggs Benedict. "
