One person was very attentive and helpful, another could have said ‘scan your key on the black box in the lift to make it work, your key needs to go into the round switch as you enter the room (difficult to find in the dark) and I know it’s supposed to be minimal contact. "

The breakfast was plentiful and varied and the hotel bar well-stocked with a good ambiance. I would definitely stay here again."
